Voucher Terms of Use
The voucher may be used on weekdays (arrival from Sunday to Wednesday) and only for services provided directly by the hotel.
The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is valid until December 20, 2026.
It cannot be used during public holidays or the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival (KVIFF).
Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance and are confirmed subject to current availability.
