The wind quintet Prima Vista Quintet is comprised of the first musicians of the Karlovy Vary Symphony Orchestra, which was established in 1835 and remains one of the basic pillars of the Karlovy Vary cultural scene to this day. In recent years, it has also left its significant mark at concerts and music festivals both in the Czech Republic and abroad.

You will thus have the unique opportunity to listen to the tones of the flute, clarinet, oboe, bassoon, and French horn played by musicians who perform on international stages, and who have prepared an hour-long programme with works by European composers especially for our guests. The climax will be the playful piece Divertimento by Czech composer Václav Trojan and the warm Early Hungarian Dances from the 17th Century, composed by Hungarian composer Ferenc Farkas.
